Construction requirements for building terracotta panel curtain wall
Construction requirements for building terracotta panel curtain wall introduction:
Construction requirements for building terracotta panel curtain wall
(1) Column installation requirements:
The elevation deviation of the column installation should not be greater than 3mm, the front and rear deviation of the axis should not be greater than 2mm, and the left and right deviation should not be greater than 3mm. The installation elevation deviation of two adjacent uprights should not be greater than 3mm, the larger elevation deviation of the same layer of uprights should not be greater than 5mm, and the distance deviation between two adjacent uprights should not be greater than 2mm.
(2) Installation requirements for terracotta panel:
- There is a self-contained installation notch on the back of the terracotta panel, through which the pendant, the wall fixed by the pendant or the keel fixed to the wall can be penetrated
- Flexible connection is adopted between the terracotta panel and the pendant and between the pendant and the keel.
- There should be a 6-lOmm installation gap at the horizontal joints of the terracotta panel, the upper and lower terracotta panel should not be directly touched together, and the vertical joints should have a 4-8mm installation gap, which can be built-in waterproof tape, It has the functions of blocking water, draining water and preventing side shift.
- The terracotta panel are installed from bottom to top. If the floor is higher, it can be carried out at the same time in sections.
- It is strictly forbidden to paint when installing the terracotta board to avoid the paint contamination to the terracotta board.
- After the terracotta panel is installed, if it is necessary to apply a sealant, paste the protective paper on the surface of the board, and then remove the protective paper after the sealant is basically dry.
(3) The allowable deviation of the assembly of the vertical and horizontal plates of the ceramic plate curtain wall shall meet.
(4) Replacement of terracotta panel After installation, if the slabs are found to have quality problems or accidental damage in the project, such as damage to the scaffolding, etc., it is necessary to replace the slabs. The adjacent plates of the terracotta slab are spaced apart. Using the space between the plates, we can complete the replacement operation in five steps.
- Step 1: Lift the terracotta panel adjacent to the upper part of the plate to be dismantled by approximately 6mm;
- Step 2: Rotate the lower end of the terracotta panel adjacent to the upper part of the plate to be disassembled outward about 12 degrees;
- Step 3: Lift and take out the plates that need to be disassembled;
- Step 4: Install the new clay slab to change position;
- Step 5: Rotate the lower end of the adjacent upper pottery terracotta panel inward and drop it to the original position.
